At least on the basketball court it's semi consensual. I know some of you are Lakers fans or Kobe fans, but i just get a bad vibe off the guy's image on tv.

Maybe he made a resolution to act gayer, so that everyone would believe his innocence.
(Are you following that Duke Lacrosse thing? Women should probably not have sex with too many dozen guys immediately before or after they are raped. It kind of taints the evidence.)

The fact that she's accused other before just makes her case look bad. No DNA evidence, her history, and a district attorney(spellin check) needing re-election all looks like a game to me!

After checking out your pics, Kobe comes off as a homosexual to me. Maybe he hired the woman in CO to charge him with rape to cover up his homosexuality.
