phoenix here i come

It looks like Phoenix is my next city of choice. I'll be leaving the military in the next 2 to 3 months, and moving to Phoenix. Hopefully i can move in with my uncle out there, and go to school. He owns a mortgage company, so if i can't find a good job out there i'll ask to see if i can work for him part time. Wish me luck, in the next few months.

kobe, not so consensual

At least on the basketball court it's semi consensual. I know some of you are Lakers fans or Kobe fans, but i just get a bad vibe off the guy's image on tv.

Earned!

I earned my US citizenship today! I also gave aspeech that i couldn't finish...i got teary eyed, i hate to admit it...seriously hate to, but i did and pretended that the half way mark was the end. Well for all of you illegals and those who support illegals, i wanna show you the benefits of doing it the right way. For those in the Congress who wanna give amnesty i say this, "give them an unearned honor, and you strip me of the honor i've earned. Deprive me of honor, and be yourself dishonored for telling me to do it by the rules and giving in to a 'potential' voter base."

earned, not given

THIS IS A SPECIAL WEBSTORMED ANNOUNCEMENT. Friday 12 May 2006, i will appear at the US District Courthouse and recieve status as US citizen for service in the US Armed Force. I have been here since i was 4 years old, though English was not my first language i have mastered it. I grew up here and am an American, i love teenage mutant ninja turtles, power rangers, duck tales, salute your shorts, darkwing duck, tales spin, are you afraid of the dark, the tick, as a kid of course. Now i will have earned the status by service, not by illegal activity of masses, then demanding status. So just so that the political leaders who read this blog know, i'll be voting, and lots of political leaders read this blog... i know they do. That's all i got, but for your viewing pleasure i have these photos.

as Carlos says..deet, dee, dee!

I forgot, yesterdays last post was our 100th!!!! I would like to thank the webstormed staff(me), for your mediocracy. Let's see if we've lived up to our promises. I promised to be open minded when people leaning left posted...and i have. I promised to continue to engage other blogs and mentioned 8...of the 8 J-Love is the only one who has stayed on(formerly el scorcho). The biggest regret that i have is not finding Candi. I wonder if everyone remembers her, she was a VIP on this blog and has dissappeared. The monkeys were unable to find her. We miss her still. Until the next hundred i wanna thank J-Love, Zen, Mr. T, Super, Rockantzy, and Janelle our VIP's.

your ideas

well, i've only got a few responses back bout my 'tirade' of common sense. I'd love to know what the webstorm visitors think, honestly... your opinions are respected as long as they follow common sense, are polite, and not extremely crazy. Hell, say those things too!

illegl immigrant debate (II)

I had someone post me about how our government is screwing over illegal immigrants and how they 'deserve' stuff.... my response...while their anonymous nature is questionable i most undoubtibly respect your response and opinion...

Well, let me explain this family's issue, as it is very common, your residency is not permenant, it lasts for a period of time. If you don't apply to renew your residency before it expires, you are illegal and it will make it difficult to renew...seeing how you're illegal at the time. The felon thing is a political ploy. The republicans wrote in the original legislation to make a misdemeanor, and not felony. The democrats threatened to filibuster, a process in which no legislation is voted on because politicians hold the floor, if it wasn't made into a felony instead. The republicans thought that a misdemeanor would do, but had to change it to felony for the democrats to approve it. As soon as the bill was written the democrats go on the news and accuse the republicans of being extremists because they wanna charge the immigrants with a felony. Hmm, we want the law to be enforced, we want the border secured, and we want a process where those illegally here can earn, EARN, the right to be here after a long process and fines. This is what America wants, not a round up, or second class citizens, or to keep them from citizenship...we want them to earn it legally and understand that they broke the law. They 'deserve' nothing, they can 'earn' what ever they are willing to work for. Working on a farm for low wages beacause Americans won't do the work is not sufficient to 'deserving' citizenship. You accuse us of making you second class citizens, and here's the truth....you make yourselves second class citizens by hiding in the shadows as illegals. The law is the law, no matter what you 'want.' We don't want a round up, we want a process and for you to conform to the process... that's what makes our society different from many..we conform to the rule of law, earn it, you deserve nothing more than the right to follow the law like Americans do..not to disobey and get away with it.

illegal immigrants

well, as always i'm probably gonna offend a good portion of you with this post, but what's the fun in it if i can't. Illegal immigrants can kiss my a$%, the protesters can kiss my a$#, and the supporters of legalizing illegal immigrants can kiss my a#$. Notice that i didn't say anything about legal immigrants, and that's because i respect them. I am a legal immigrant, who went throught the hassel and the paperwork to get here. Let me some up the illegal immigrants' arguement in one or two sentences.... 'we came here illegally because we needed jobs and you need us to work, so we deserve for you to educate our kids, pay for our healthcare, pay for services in Spanish, and pay billions of dollars for uninsured motorists, and we don't have to pay taxes for it. We deserve to become citizens right now, and you have to keep letting my friends into your country. I demand this because i think that my voice deserves to be heard, even though the first act i ever did in this ountry was illegal (illegally crossing the border) and even though i don't pay taxes the congress has to listen to me. I want to be a part of this country so bad that i'm going to boycott it and walk out of work, and i want to be an American so i'm gonna wave a Mexican flag, and even though i don't pay taxes to send my kids to school they're gonna walk out and waste your tax dollars..' That was more than 2 or 3 sentences, but i am passionate on this issue. I am a legal permenant resident of the US, and now since i have volunteered my life and time to this nation's armed forces, the same forces who have defended this nation here and abroad for 200 + years, i have EARNED, EARNED NOT GIVEN, the right to become a US citizen. I swear in on the 12th of May at the US District Couthouse. You EARN IT, it's NOT A RIGHT (unless you're born here)...especially if you are illegal. That's my 2 cents....wait! The national anthem should be sung in Enlgish, and anyone who works in this country should speak English...i don't occassionally travel to Tiajuana and demand that they speak English. That's all i got.
here's Carlos's take....
